The Custos helmet concept uses a 3D mesh structure made of elastic filament in combination with an inner shell made of foamed plastic and a flexible outer shell technology.
The two-layer structure and outer shell design provides optimal shock absorption. By the deformable outer layer absorbs the impact directly, , the impact forces are absorbed at the point of contact before they reach the head.
In addition, the 3D mesh structure prevents stronger forces, which cannot be fully resisted by the outer shell, from affecting the athlete.

The use of filament and foamed plastic reduces weight and maximizes protection. Padding in the interior also provides a comfortable and snug fit. In addition, the chin strap is permanently connected to the helmet to guarantee the perfect fit. Thus, the athlete is guaranteed the perfect experience of fit, comfort and protection.
